  Employees are either uneducated or store policy does not follow company policy either way it was a poor experience. I came to purchase an iPhone and asked to do what their systems call a "deferred" trade in to allow me time to get my information off of the device. The rep told me because of my status as a jump on demand customer this was not possible. However as someone who worked for T-Mobile for 6 years i know this is not true. Besides first hand knowledge of how quickview works let's just think about it for a second. If the store has to pre-order me a phone, I have to give them the phone I'm currently using that same day and wait weeks for a new device? No. Not how it works. Granted it's not a corporate store this is no excuse for poor customer service. Better off going through care or sucking it up and going to Birmingham than giving these people your business.
